Ok, heres the deal. Last month I had the privilege of shooting with the lovely, creative LaurenWK. Near the end of the evening I decided to pop off a bunch of Fuji Instax prints. (They’re like Polaroids) A sample of which you see above. Now they can be yours!

The Hollyrotica team is proud to unveil our brand new logo: ladies and gentlemen, please meet Lil’ Holly!
Lil’ Holly was a collaboration with Little Heathen Designs, aka Dani: “I was thrilled when Holly asked me to design the logo for Hollyrotica, as her photos are one of the main sources of inspiration for my pin-ups! Working for an established photographer like Holly as she embarks on such an exciting project was a dream come true. Throughout the design process, Holly and I were in touch pretty much constantly and I thank her for her patience as she received picture after picture from me. This logo is definitely one of my favourites, as I got to inject some of Holly’s personality and fun into it, much in the way she does with her photos.”
Studio Director Holly Knowles said of the design: “Hollyrotica is all about feeling empowered as well as sexy. So when creating the logo my first thought was I need something that people can relate to… I wanted our Hollyrotica logo to express the same fun, energy and sexiness that we like to express through our photos.
I had the initial idea of a lady riding a rocket or missile - a sex bomb! - and I discussed this with my friend and incredible pin-up artist Dani as I’d knew she’d be up for the challenge.
We went through several versions of the design, trying to refine the original concept, which was to have a logo in the same style of the pin-up artwork that you see on American WWII planes.
I set Dani to work with a portfolio of my images of female poses. She never told me but I can guess which image inspired her to create the logo. That’s why I love it so much - because it’s not just a generic picture of some glammed-up girl, it’s actually derived from, and inspired by, my own work.
I think this is an expression of what we are trying to achieve at Hollyrotica - we are unique, we don’t emulate and can never be matched… we have a unique vision of styling and fun photography.
